Today in the union tribune I read that about this family who adopted a girl from Mexico when she was five months old in 1989. now all grown up along with another adopted sister with no relation found out that they are not even legal citizens, both of them. The reason is that one of the daughters school band had been offered to go to Europe and when they tried to get her a passport they got a letter from the government saying that she wasn’t even a citizen of the united states. Now one of the daughters named Stephanie now in college has to worry about whether she is going to be deported or not. They also have an adopted son but they got documents for him. The reason they didn’t get documents for their two daughters was because when they were adopted the immigration officers told them that it was okay if they were adopted and didn’t have papers and they were let over the boarder.
I think that it doesn’t matter if they don’t have papers they should be able to become legal citizens because they’ve been living here in the united states their whole life. I don’t think they should be deported because even if they do go back they don’t know how to speak Spanish because their adoptive parents are full blown white people. The government should make them legal citizens because they have never done anything wrong. According to the union tribune they are doing really good for them selves at that age.

Today I read about a man who killed a teen and gets 16 years to life in prison. Raul Ponce 22, a man who stabbed Tania Bataz 17, 122 times and left her body in a car on Interstate 8 was sentenced yesterday to 16 years to life In prison. Raul had pleaded guilty back in August to second degree murder for fatally stabbing Tania they had an argument over whether he could drive the Mustang. He been arrested later that night at an anger management class in Grantville.
Interesting facts- If Raul had gone to trial and been convicted who could of faced a maximum penalty of life without parole.
My Opinion- I think that if Tania had a VOICE in this she would want to put Raul to death. Raul had an evil PLOT. The FACTOR was that the two had been arguing. I think that Raul deserved the time that he got the fool was crazy.

one person was shot yesterday and a second person was stabbed at a raucous factor party Saturday night in valley center, the sheriffs department have a plot to get the suspects. deputy's received a call at 11:46 p.m. about a shooting at a party near mystery mountain and Wilkes roads. they found one person stabbed in the abdomen area. and the other person shot in the stomach. no more further details were released or are available and no arrest have been made. personally i think they got shot because they were messing with the people that did it or they are gangbangers. i think that's what they get.

What I read on Monday’s newspaper October 20, 2008 is that theirs a mysterious muck near a school called Golden Hill Elementary . The plot of this conflict is between the streets of 33rd and 34th street. The muck has an unbearable odor of sewage. This muck has been going on since last November and December. The voice of a man said, “ This has been going on since last November or December, The smell is horrendous. Sometimes I have to close my window.” The St Laurent and Davich has factored out to conduct dye tests from nearby residents’ bathroom facilities, but their results should nothing . People were now concerned that there might be bacteria growing on the muck or anywhere around where children could get in contact with the bacteria. I think they should somehow remove that muck for the safety of the children just incase they get in contact with any bacteria that’s growing in there.

This morning’s newspaper announces more bodies in Tijuana. This time the four bodies found belonged to city administrators. The first was shot to death in front of his beloved family. The violence is not being stopped or at least slowed. Two Rosarito police officers where also killed due to gun fire while doing routine patrols. At around midnight a man was found in an alley killed. Then around 4 am a man was found inside a dodge truck dead shot several times. At around 9 o’clock a group of gunmen ran into a Rosarito beach house and laid the man said to be involved in the cartel war, and shot him with automatic rifles.
the police never seem to catch the person plotting everything. the people getting killed are because they try to use their voice to open their mouths.

Today what I read about in the Union-Tribune, was about a detainee named Ronnie Bonaparte. He was sentence t 4 years to Donovan Correctional Facility. He was 22 years of age when it was dusk, March 31, 2007 when he got release from Folsom State Prison. He says I want to get out of the gang he tells his friends, I am not going to be Shake ’Em Up his dead.
What I realize is that you have to take advantage of life because their aren't nothing better than living happy. Like Ronnie said I have been incarcerated ever sense I’ve been going in and out of juvenile hall. However now that he did 4 years in the big house his wanting to change, and if you want to change you should do it when you now that your ruining your life. Such as me that I been incarcerated and now that I got a strike I am going to change for my own sake and my family.

Today I read about in the union tribune about pay phones getting taken out of the city because of little or no use. The factor of this situation is that people arnt using the pay phones anymore. In Santee, Lemon Grove, Imperial Beach, El Cajon, Del Mar there are no pay phones. In Escondido there are 43 of them in San Diego there are 25 those are the top 2 city's that have the most pay phones. Even though they should put pay phones where they need them. They just put pay phones in Random places. The plot of this situation is that they are taking away payphones form the city's. now you wont hear that voice that says please put in 50 cents.
Reflection- I think that’s a good idea to take away the phones but at the same time at least leave 5 in each city.

The article I read this morning was about the disappearance of a 71 year old woman. The woman’s name is Sheila Ann Lopes. Sheila disappeared 7 weeks ago. According to her family and health records Lopes has Alzheimer’s. It is common on people with the disease to wander off and get lost. Sheriff Parker said that it is very weird for authorities to not find a person with the disease that wonders off. Relatives think that she might have wondered out of town with out someone noticing her. Four days after her disappearance authorities conducted one of the counties largest searches this year the PLOT for the search was to find the woman.
I think that this disease is very serious. The FACTOR about this disease is that I would be very scared to have that disease because imagine if I was to wonder off for so many weeks without my relatives or my friends to hear my VOICE for so long. Nobody would know if I am okay or I would even be alive.
An interesting fact that I read was that Sheila arrived to the home were her daughter use to live at and the residents ushered her out because they had no idea who she was.

Today in the newspaper.. I read about, how a 71 year old women who disappeared. And no one knows were she's at. They had about a 100 people searching for this women. The plot of this story. They have been looking for her, for abut 7 weeks. Since she has been missing. The don’t know where she would have gone.? She's really old the police officer said. They said they will continue to try to find her.
I think its sad having that to happened. I feel bad for her family wondering and missing her every day.

Today in the union tribune I read about indictments target drug trafficking cells, Authorities seized $9.5 million in cash. Authorities said yesterday they have indicated 35 members of a half-dozen drug trafficking cells that shuttled drugs north and cash from the south through the imperial country. The tests focused on six distributions cells that ran drugs for the Mexican drug smuggling operation know as the Sinaloa cartel, U.S. attorney Karen Hewitt sais at news conference. Police officers recovered several of pounds of cocaine and marijuana and methamphetamine, federal law enforcement confiscated $9.5 million dollars that is a lot of money to confiscate. So far 19 people have been arrested, including four people who were arrested in Mexico. Sixteen suspects remain at large. In all, authorities confiscated about 1,500 pounds of cocaine, 1,600 pounds of marijuana and 370 pounds of methamphetamine in the whole addiction to money. There sentences are at the most 20 years in county jail .My opinion is that they should of gotten more than 20 years for all thoes drugs that kill people by
