Today in the union tribune, I read that a lady lost appeal Monday of her conviction in a Hong Kong court for the beating death of her husband in a case known as the milkshake murder trial. That’s a retarded name. her name is Nancy Kissel. This happened in 2005 when she gave her husband a laced milkshake with sedatives then she took a bat to the back of his dome. His name was Robert Kissel and he was a banker, and estate was worth $18 million in life insurance, stocks and properties before he was murdered, I don’t know could’ve been planned.
I think that his wife should do life in prison which she is doing and cancel parole.
In this mornings newspaper I read about how almost half of the homicides in San Diego are caused by gang violence. Of the deaths by gang violence the percentage of victims increased for the age of 25 and up. Law enforcements say “gangstas” are more likely to use firearms at close range to enemy. Which eliminates the use of drive-bys to kill enemies. Officers say they have already taken most of the violent gang members off the streets and keep the youngsters in home supervision and on probation with the gang supervision unit. This means they can not be in malls, hang around other documented/affiliated gangsters and have curfew of 6:00 pm.
Today in the San Diego Union Tribune I read about China found a not to POSITIVE situation with their dairy products. They found an ESTIMATE of industrial chemical melamine than the city’s legal limit and growing scandal over tainted food made in china. The food safety watchdog ILLUSTRATED that no traces of melamine were found in new tests of milk powder sold domestically, as officials sought to restore public trust in dairy products. Baby formula containing melamine has been blamed for killing four infants and sickening more than 54,000 with kidney stones and other ailments in china. I wonder how all their food is getting contaminated.

this week the weather will not be positive. The rain has come and gone for the county, and don't expect the lower temperature to last long. they estimated that more heat, similar to last weeks scorching weather, is expected by Wednesday, according to the national weather service. after fall's first measurable rain in the county Saturday night, showers gave way to dry, Partly cloudy skies yesterday. temperatures rose slightly Sunday and expected to rise again today, with highs in the 80s inland. coastal areas should remain in the 70s. tomorrow is expected to begin a heating trend. a cooling trend will begin by the end of the week, with temperatures dropping to the 70s through out the county by the weekend.

In today’s morning I read about the San Diego Chargers .Miami 17 San Diego 10 it was a depressing game for everybody .Once they came out to play they were walking like a real team that’s knows it but things happen things didn’t come like they planned to. Lots of players agreed that the coach could of planed way better in the plays. Antonio gates came out and said that the team was flat and that they could of done way better. Gates said Miami ‘’Honestly, they just came out with more attitude than we did’ Line backer Stephen cooper said. ‘’They were ready to play, play with attitude, and we didn’t do that Gates said.
Today in the San Diego Union Tribune I read about cooking in microwave can cause illness. The illustrator stated, that heating up frozen foods in the microwave may be fast and easy, but it can also make you sick if it’s not done properly. This message is not a positive one. This message was slow to catch on until they estimated how many illnesses were caused last year. I don’t like how food tastes when it is heated in the microwave.
Reflection - I think its true and I think I'm going to stop using the microwave.
