My expectations before seeing the play was that it was going to be boring and that I was going to fall asleep. What I learned about the play before I watched it was it was about some scandalous woman that liked to talk gossip. When the special teacher came to present that is what I learned. What I thought the play was about before seeing it was ladies that like to gossip. The antagonist in the play was Crystal Allan. The protagonist was Mary Haines. Crystal Allan was scandalous she liked to sleep with everybody's man. Mary Haines was just an innocent mother and wife who got dumped. Peggy Day was this blonde that got dumped then found out she was pregnant and had a baby. My favorite character was Peggy because she was slow. The most exciting part of the storyline was when Mary got her man back. The part of the story that was my favorite was when the girls were fighting. This story relates to real life because stuff like that happens everyday. I didn’t really find it funny thought it was dumb. I did not like the wardrobe at all I could have done better and made them put some Dickies or something they would have looked better.
When you are on a fieldtrip you should act responsible and be on your best behavior. It was not hard to behave in an appropriate behavior. Next time I will behave the same way. My behavior on he fieldtrip was Awesome. My behavior was appropriate. There was no inappropriate behaviors that I noticed from myself or others only that old guy that was looking at Playboy. I think that this group can behave well and be trusted to go on fieldtrips. Some good communication skill that I noticed from others were that no one was yelling at anyone. Some other schools around were not behaving appropriately. I noticed that SBTA kids were better than other kids.
My final Thoughts are that the play was super boring my suggestion is that they put a guy in the play to.
I didn't learn nothing that I don't know from the play except that there were some good looking women there. what i expected in the play that it was going to be boring and it was because i don't go to stuff like that i don't even go to watch movies so why would i wan't to go to a boring play. to tell you the truth I went to sleep thru most of the play. and they were smoking a lot of cigarettes and it stinked they were hot boxing the whole theater there was no air in there at all. the only thing i liked about the whole play was the women and some of the girls from other schools.
but ms.jade wouldn't let me talk to none of the girls so i couldn't get no numbers if i did i would get in trouble i can't relate to none of the characters because there all woman's i can never ever relate to a man the only way you can relate to a woman is if your a sensitive guy who hangs out with girls all the time or if your a homosexual. yah dig and i didn't no none of the characters names because i didn't watch the play like i said. and i don't think it relates to the real life because that was like 1930s or something like that it's 2008 a whole new millennium. yes i loved the wardrobe especially when that girl had the lingerie on and the other girl had that tiny dress on i was falling asleep on that part and then i seen that and out of no where i just woke back up.
everybody knows how to behave when to go out if you don't well you must not have no home training me i act how i always act and that's not fake yah dig. i guess i was joking around with miss jade a little well i guess it's better to not saying nothing at all to her if she can't take a joke naww what i mean some times there's a time to play and there's not a time to play yah dig i know right from wrong well any ways that's my opinion for the little play.

i was absent!
My expectations before seeing the play were, “I wonder if it is going to be a good play “before we went to watch the play I learned that won of the women were going to get cheated on. I also learned that it was going to be from back in the day. Before seeing the play I wasn’t really sure what it was going to be about. I have to be honest and tell you that I don’t remember any of the names and through out the play I was always confused on who was who. If I had to compare myself to anyone I think I would compare myself to the writer, because I don’t like to gossip and I don’t really like going to people with my problems. I liked the way they talked back in the day, I didn’t like that they were smoking cigarettes, and I did like the wardrobe. The play relates to real life because people don’t really know what love is so when they get to there midlife crisis they start cheating and lying. I guess that’s been happening since the 50’s.
I think that our group behaved well, I also think that we behave well all the time we go to other field trips. I wasn’t paying attention to the other summits.
What I learned about this is not to trust girls; I wish that advice was given to me years ago. Because girls are weird and evil and hate you even though they say that they like you. That is why you should find girls that get down like boys.
ok. I found an information here that i want to look for.
My expectation before I watched the play, “The Women” was that I thought it was going to be really boring and would give me the urge to fall asleep. From looking at the stage I would have never thought there would be laughter throughout the whole play. From looking at the stage, what I learned was that never judge something when you don’t even know what it is. Judge it when you find out what's going to happen. What I thought about the stage was that I thought there was only one stage setting. Well I thought wrong. The stage spun around and each time there was a different stage with different things on it. Each actresses had their own unique personality and a sense of style. The plot of the setting was that everything happens indoors. I would never have thought the play would be so entertaining. I would have never thought I would laugh at watching the play. I thought I was just going to sit there, bored to death, and eventually fall asleep from boredom. From my point of view, I think there was only one antagonist which was Crystal Allen. She was having an affair with a wealthy New Yorker. I also think she has a bad attitude and an ugly personality. Too me I see her as an evil kind of person. The protagonist of the play I think was the little girl, Mary. I think she's the hero of the play, because she told her mother what Crystal had been doing.
When out on a field trip, you should act well- behaved. Have good manners. You should also act polite and kind to other people that are in your surroundings.Mostly students in our group were well behaved throughout the whole trip. I think this group can be trusted again on the next filed trip because I think we can behave better. SBTA different from other schools, because we were probably the only ones that were wearing a black collared shirt. The other thing that made us different from other schools was that we behaved better than the other schools. Our behavior wasn’t that bad compared to the other students.
I didn’t really learned anything from this experience, because I wasn’t really paying attention to anything and what was going on . All I was doing was paying attention to people who were horsing around.
thats amazing story.
My expectations on going on this trip was that it was going to be kind of weird and that it was going to be boring. I didn’t really know if it was going to be funny or sad .What I learned about this play was that play was from the 1930’s and it was a lot about cheating. I wasn’t sure at all what it was going to be about I was very curios. The only agonist thing I thought that was in the play was Crystal Allen . She was cheating on a very wealthy New Yorker, she had such an attitude with everyone and was just a bad person. The characters I remember was Mary she was the wife who got cheated on and had one little girl. The other character was Mr. Hanes he was the guy who cheated on Marry . My favorite character in this play was Peggy. Peggy was the blonde lady who had got gotten pregnant and got dumped who had got dumped by her boyfriend. She was so funny and slow I really liked how she acted in the play. I cant relate to none of these characters in this play .The most exciting part of the play was when the two lady's started fighting all crazy it was cool and funny. This story does not relate to me in real life at all .The wardrobe was nice every one looked rich expect when everyone was in Reno every looked kind of of weird but other than that I liked the wardrobe. The way I would always act when we go on a field trip is respectful and mature. I’m always on my best behavior I’m not just saying that because it’s the truth. It was a piece of cake to be on my appropriate behavior its not that hard the reason why I act appropriate is because ,I want our school to look good and I don’t wont our teachers to look bad. Like there was other student who were acting very disrespectful that made there school and teachers look bad. The next time we go out I know our class would be on there best behavior we all always do its no a problem we all act appropriate, We can be really trusted when we go on any field trip .the good communication skill was that we all stayed together if someone went to the restroom we did the buddy system. The school around our class were very loud and were walking around everywhere Like the kids were throwing there food and trash on the floor. The things I noticed that was different about us was that we were more organized and we were the ones who were calm and being respectful. The things I had learned about this experience was that plays are pretty cool to go to there not as bad as I thought , And that acting is a very interesting thing to watch. I really did enjoy going to the Balboa park im glad we went to go see the play.
My expectations before going to the Old Globe Theater were to just sit and watch a play that I thought was going to be a little boring. Before I watched the play I just knew it was going to be about a woman who finds out her husband is cheating on her. When the teacher that came in and talked about the play I learned that the woman was a married woman who thought her marriage was perfect until she finds out that her husband is cheating on her. I thought the play was going to be a little bit like Sex and the City. In the play Mary was the main character. She was a woman who was married and had a daughter. Mary thought her marriage was perfect that nothing in her life could be bad. When one day one of her closest friends Sylvia told her about a her manicurist. She told her that she was the best and told her to go get herself a manicure. Mary takes Sylvia’s advice and goes and the manicurist who is a big gossip lady tells Mary that Mr. Steven Hanes which is Mary’s husband is having an affair. My favorite character was Mary because she did whatever she could to make her marriage right and at the end she got her husband back. I relate the most with Mary because i have been in a relationship were I though everything was perfect but then things happen and you find out.
When we go on a fieldtrip I believe that we be on our best behavior. If we aren’t on our best behavior it is going to be very rare when we do go on fieldtrips. To me it was not hard at all to act on my best behavior I am a person who was taught to act appropriate where ever I go. I believe that everyone that went on the fieldtrip that was in my group did a very good job in behavior wise. I believe that the group that I was in can behave very good with no complains from the place we are visiting. Next time I will behave the same I did on the fieldtrip good and on my best behavior. I believe that our school acted the best because all the other schools were separated. Our school was the one who was the most cooperate and the most organized. Our school was the only ones that I saw wearing uniforms.
I loved the play. I hope that we go watch more plays like that one when they have some. I wish I had the talent to be able to act so good. I wonder how the little girl does it to be able to act and do all those things so well if she is only 11 years old. I experienced that even though you think things may be perfect in your life they never really are….
Paragraph1: before I saw the play I was thinking it was going to be boring. But it was pretty entertaining for me. I only fell asleep once. But when I seen it, it made me laugh a lot. Mostly Mr.d. I learned before about the play before watching it was that its about women who like to gossip a lot. And that they are mostly noise women. The play was about how these women that are supposed to be friends, but what they really were always talking behind each others backs. Like who's cheating on who.? The same time it was kinda funny though. In this play there's a women that is very strong and would fight for her man as long as she lives. She fights for him in this play.. When a terrible young women tries to take him from her. At first she didn’t know what to do. Cause she didn’t think she has a say in it. Since he already made up his mind. Her name is.. Sylvia Fowler. She's a very nice looking women. And she's also very strong in many ways.
Paragraph 2: when you are on a field trip you should behave polite to the actors.. And respect them. When the play is going on. When the play is going on you should stay quit, and turn your cell phones off so it won't go off when the play is running. Because it can interrupt the play. Also the actors. You shouldn't talk during the play unless there break time when there's a bathroom break. You should respect the people your around, and also the teacher your with. I believe that the group that I was in can behave very good with no complains from the place we are visiting. Next time I will behave the same I did on the fieldtrip good and on my best behavior. I believe that our school acted the best because all the other schools were separated. Our school was the one who was the most cooperate and the most organized. Our school was the only ones that I saw wearing uniforms.
paragraph: I loved the play it was interesting…
I thought the play was going to suck, but it was alright. I learned it was going to be like sex and the city and it kind of was. When the teacher came to tell us about it I knew it was going to be older like the 30’s and she explained how it was going to be like sex and the city. I had no idea what it was going to be about when I heard about it. Crystal Allen is the villain because she stole Mary Haines’ husband. That’s all I can name because I can’t remember any of the names of the characters in the play.
You should act mature. It is not hard to behave in an appropriate way. I sill behave the same way I did on this field trip because I thought I acted o.k. I just fell asleep.
I learned that plays can be fun when you least expect it to be. I thought it was going to suck but I actually enjoyed going to sleep and some of the play. I hope we go to another one soon.
