The article I read this morning was about a man who was pleaded not guilty on killing his estranged wife. Henry Lisowski, who is 67 was arrested last week at his home. Prosecutors think that Henry killed his wife Rosa Lisowski who is 50 years old. Prosecutors also believe that Henry killed Rosa and then disposed her body in a trash bin. Rosa was last seen March 24 when she was seen walking one of her sons to school. Henry and Rosa were going through a divorce and child custody battle. The deputy district believe that Henry killed Rosa because starting on April 1st he was going to have to pay Rosa $1,110 a month. The reason they arrested Henry was because police detectives found blood in his kitchen and his Lexus SUV.
I believe that this man should have the right to give an explanation especially since the body hasn’t even been found. I mean finding blood and all could mean a lot of things. Even though Henry had threatened his wife it might not mean anything he had to think about his children first.
An interesting fact that I read was that Rosa’s body has not been recovered.

Today in the San Diego Union Tribune I read about a new law they are making for foster care. For many thousands of America’s foster children, VERIFIED prospects for a permanent home and support will be brighter under a new law that bridged Washington’s partisan divide and is touted as the most SIGNIFICANT child-welfare reform in decades. The new law SIMPLIFIED use of federal funds to assist children who leave foster care to live as legal guardians, and child welfare agencies to make reasonable efforts to keep siblings together. I think this is a real good thing that they are doing.

Today in the Union Tribune I read about more deaths related to drug cartel in Mexico. Four more were identified death by government officials. Two were found death in a car and two more where shot to death in a seafood restaurant. One of the killed after the two killed in restaurant was a photographer who was taking pictures of the gunmen and attempted to turn the picture to government officials. The murderer left a note warning about opening your mouths.

Today in the union tribune, I read that drunk passenger tried to hijack a Turkish Airlines flight to Russia on Wednesday before he was brought under control, the head of Turkey's civil aviation. The plane landed safely and on time Wednesday afternoon in St. Petersburg. Russian authorities promptly arrested a "slightly intoxicated" passenger from Uzbekistan, Russia's Interfax News Agency reported. The suspect, in his early 50s, was arrested on suspicion of trying to hijack the plane. Turkish media initially reported that the plane had been hijacked. When asked about those reports, a Turkish Airlines spokesman said the flight experienced an urgent situation as it headed to St. Petersburg, without offering further details.

Today in the CNN new I read that, Two little girls vanished on a warm summer day from a playground near their home on Chicago's South Side. Seven years have gone by since Tionda Bradley, 10, and her sister Diamond, 3, went missing. The girls were left alone at home on July 6, 2001, while their mother, Tracey Bradley, went to work. Bradley last saw her daughters at 6 a.m., as she kissed each goodbye, leaving them to sleep a little while longer.
She returned at 11 a.m. to find the girls gone and a note in Tionda's writing saying they were going to the store and to play at a nearby school. Bradley searched for her daughters frantically that day. By nightfall, she called police for help. Another clue: On the morning the girls disappeared, Tionda left a voicemail on her mother's cell phone about 8:30 a.m., saying "George" was at the door. In the voicemail, she asks her mother's permission to open the door to let him in. Tracey Bradley did not get this message until after her daughters were already gone.
Could Tionda and Diamond have opened the door to a stranger who called himself "George" and then snatched them?
It is unclear who he might be. Diamond's father is named George and so is the neighbor who was a part-time baby sitter for the girls. If the girls were taught not to open the door to strangers, neither of these men named George was a stranger.
The police have named no suspects in the case. All family, friends and acquaintances remain "persons of interest," and no one has been ruled out, investigators say. Today, Tionda would be 17 and Diamond would be 10. Photos of the girls show what they looked like the day they disappeared and what they might look like today through age-progression technology. Police and family urgently ask for the public's help to find Diamond and Tionda Bradley

In today’s newspaper I read about more violence in Tijuana, Baja Califas related to drugs. A 14 year-old girl was killed by a gunshot. The battle was between to drug cartels hungry for power. This occurred yesterday in a already poor neighborhood called Colonia De Tres De Octuber south of Downtown Tijuana. A total of ten people were killed in the war yesterday. Another body was found in Colonia La Glorieta. The body was that of police officer Miguel Diaz Alaya. The last out of ten bodies was found in the end of the Tijuana river. The body was not yet identified.
Reflection – I think they militery is going to get in this gang war to try to end it .

The driver took him to the hospital. He had injuries, but not too bad. The 19 year old was locked up for having a deadly weapon and for throwing a weapon to moving vehicle.
