Sewage in Tijuana, Baja Califas is said to be a good aid towards the problem of drinking water in the south. The plant will be located a few miles south of Playas De Tijuana. The plant is expected to start up within a month. The $9 million dollar plant will be responsible for the 265,000 residents to a tertiary level for water clean enough for irrigation. Another plant is said to open during this year and that plant will help clean the Tijuana River which travels all the way to the border between Mexico and America. Financing came from Japan to build the facilities. Before most of their drinking water came from the Colorado River. The river is drying up so along with Californians they have to find a way to get water.
Today in the union tribune, I read that a women drove her kid and a couple of his friends who gang members in long beach to a deadly confrontation between two gangs near LA. What had happened was there was a couple of gang members in front of a house, and how gangsters are they said where you from and other good stuff, then it escalated to where one of them threw a flare at the house. Then Eva Daley the women who drove her son and his fellow gang members got pissed because it was at her house took them to meet up at a skate park down there and there was this 13 year old kid bobby Cano, who is also a gang member from a different set, the rival set and he fell and they beat him while he was on the floor and on of them stabbed him and he died. So because of some one else’s stupid mistake she is probably going to serve a life sentence because she was the get away car. Some guy a bystander who was near heard her say lets go lets go and also heard one of them we slashed him real good. So I guess that was the pretty burnt out for them.
This should have been in the newspaper when it happened. The reason for that was because when I was reading it stated this happened in 2007. it’s a tragedy that this had occurred and that the mother of one of the boys is probably going to serve a life sentence just because she drove a get away car. Like she said it her self she didn’t know any of the kids she was driving had a weapon.
The article I read this morning was about 13 people that got arrested in trying to smuggle drugs in form the San Isidro border. All thirteen of the people that tried to smuggle in drugs were all caught in cars. They were trying to smuggle in marijuana. Border patrol seized more than 1,500 pounds of marijuana. The largest seizure occurred on Wednesday night. It was a 24 year old female woman. The woman was a U.S. citizen. She was driving a ford expedition. Customs found 544 pounds of marijuana in the car.
I think that all these 13 people are going to be doing sometime. I feel bad for those four of the people that got caught that were Mexican nationals. They won’t be getting there nationality back.

Today I read about 13 motorists are suspected of trying to hide marijuana. In various parts of their vehicles this week. Places that consist of gas tanks, roofs, bumpers, and spare tires. The suspected smuggling attempts witch occurred Tuesday and Wednesday. Customs officers focused their arrest on 12 drivers and one passenger and seized more than 1,500 pounds of marijuana worth more than $680,000. 8 of the drives were U.S citizens and four are Mexican nationals.
Reflection- I think that they did a really good job on finding that and hope they keep doing there job to protect us.
