To I read in the union tribune about a 21 year old man that was on life support after being shot in the head has died. Xavier Reyes was on Eastman Street near Ulric street about 7:45 p.m. Sunday when he was shot in the head for unknown reasons. Reyes was driving a truck at the time witch hit a wall and the tires kept spinning until friction caused them to melt off. Reyes died Tuesday afternoon at a hospital. Police focused on the shooter and they said he is describe as a man in his early 20s who was seen wearing a gray long sleeved shirt. Witness said he ran into a nearby Jack in the Box restaurant shortly after the shooting. I wonder if he consisted on a plan or he just made a plan while he was going with the shooting.
Refection- I don’t think that it is appropriate for a random shooting on a guy for no reason. I think people need to calm down with the violence and go to church.
Today in the union tribune, I read that A California woman who escaped from a Michigan prison 32 years ago and lived on the lam as a suburban mother was sentenced to probation Wednesday, five months after her capture. Wayne County Circuit Judge David Groner said LeFevre had already served 14 months in prison on a drug conviction when she escaped. LeFevre was arrested last spring, living under the name Marie Walsh in the posh Carmel Valley neighborhood of San Diego where she is married with three children. She pleaded guilty September 9 to the escape. LeFevre, 53, acknowledged it was wrong for her to scale the prison fence. LeFevre, however, is not a free woman. Her attorneys now will focus on trying to get her original 10-year sentence for heroin thrown out in Saginaw County Circuit Court. She's back behind bars in that case. LeFevre, who was just 19 when arrested on a heroin charge, said she never expected to get 10 years in prison when she agreed to plead guilty in 1974. She climbed a prison fence in 1976, helped by her grandfather. Swore said she was arrested when a friend attempted to sell a small amount of heroin to an undercover officer. Her chance at parole comes after 5½ years in prison, unless attorneys can get the original sentence scratched. Her 82-year-old father sat in the front row for more than two hours waiting for LeFevre's case to be called. He said he gets letters from people in California who support his daughter.
I think that she should be left alone because she escaped 32 years ago and she probably felt she had to run everywhere and always conscientious about every she went. They should just throw the case out because she served 32 years on the run and that’s worse. Probation would be suitable for her because if she was a heroin addict she should be able to maintain probation for how ever long they give it to her.

THE DRUNKEN KNIFE WELDING INDIVIDUAL HAD A BLOOD ALCOHOL LEVEL OF 0.23 ALMOST THREE TIME THE LEGAL LIMIT WHEN HE WAS BEING PULLED OVER AT THE TALMADGE MOTEL AND REFUSED TO GET ARRESTED. THE POLICE LET A CANINE OFF ON THE MAN AND THE MAN STABS THE DOG NAMED JAKE, A 2 YEAR OLD GERMAN SHEPARD,SEVERAL TIMES. THE MAN WAS SHOT AT AND HIT ON HIS WRIST WITH A .45 CALIBER PISTOL. THE DOG WAS TREATED AT A VETERINARY HOSPITAL AND LIVED. THE MAN SAID HE HAVE BEEN DRINKING FOR TWO DAYS DUE TO HIS EMOTIONS TOWARD HIS BROTHER’S DEATH. Today in the San Diego Union Tribune I read about how Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has eliminated funding for a statewide beach monitoring program, an action that CONSIST severely curtail shoreline water testing in San Diego and Orange counties. The Environmental health officials, who FOCUS on San Diego county said the governors action deletes their entire $302,000 annual budget for beach water monitoring. I don’t think that was an APPROPRIATE choice the governor made, people have to be informed if any toxic chemicals are in the water they can’t be swimming at their own risk.

The article I read this morning was about a man who was found dead in his apartment. The person on suspicion of the mans death is Ian Suazo. Ian is only 21 years old. His address was the same as the man they found dead in his apartment. Ian got hit by a car not that far from the residence to where the police found the body. Authorities believe that it was attempt of suicide. The body that was found has not yet been identified. All they know is that he was in his 30’s.
I believe that in this world you can’t trust no one. It sucks that even your own roommate who can be related to you can kill you. I hope that many people will get to know what kind of people they live with because it can e deadly.
An interesting fact that I read was that the Ian tried to kill himself after the death of his roommate.
