In today's paper I learned that people fear financial crisis world wide the federal reserve reversed course yesterday and agreed to an $85 billion bail out that would give the government control of the trouble insurance giant American international Group .
The decision is only two weeks after the treasury took over quasi-government mortgage finance companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is the most radical intervention in private business in the central bank’s history.
In my opinion I think that it would be good to start thinking on ways to prosper the united state because instead of us helping we are destroying it and wasting money in stuff we don’t need really affects us we have to maintain a balance like when we text on our phones you don’t want to waste your minutes! Same with money spend it wiseley.

Today I read about a jury who convicted two teens of murdering two brothers. The two teenagers who were accused of fatally shooting a pair of brothers while they were standing outside of there parents home last year in Lomita were convicted yesterday of murder charges. After deliberating for three days the jury found Carlos Carrasco 19, and Jose Nogales 16, guilty of two counts of second degree murder. Shooting at an inhabited residence, and gang and gun allegations. Jose was tried as an adult and was also found guilty of being a felon in possession of a gun. They can both be sentenced to up to 80 years to life in prison. Prosecutors have said that there was no evidence linking the Perez brothers to gang activity.
Interesting Facts- Carlos and Jose are both documented gang members from Paradise Hills.
My Opinion- I think that is said that they shot and killed those two brothers and I think that is a very long sentence to serve. the AFFECT that they took on the brothers family was bad. I hope that they do not MAINTAIN in the same way. When the Carlos and Jose are locked up they will be able to learn TEXT.

Today in the union tribune, the TEXT I read that A double murderer scheduled to be executed next month in Ohio said Tuesday he has not deliberately gained weight to rule out his death by lethal injection. Instead, Richard Cooey said in a death row interview that his execution cannot be carried out humanely under current state procedures because of the AFFECT that his veins are hard to reach. Cooey, 5-foot, 7 inches tall and 267 pounds, said he has gained perhaps 70 pounds while being locked up for raping and killing two University of Akron students 22 years ago while he was on leave from the U.S. Army. He blamed the weight gain on medication and lack of exercise. But he says that ridicule reflects ignorance of his underlying claim that it's the inaccessibility of his veins that makes it difficult to get an IV inserted for a lethal injection. The legal challenge is based on constitutional issues and not fear of execution, Cooey said. It has nothing to do with weight MAINTAIN. Cooey and a co-defendant kidnapped Wendy Offredo, 21, and Dawn McCreery, 20, after disabling their car by dropping a chunk of concrete on it from a highway overpass. They choked and beat the women to death after repeatedly raping them, then carved X's in their abdomens.
I think they should give him the lethal injection because since he rapped and killed those girls, why should they give him the benefit of the doubt just because he’s scared of the lethal injection? Don’t you think those girls were scared for their lives even though it was stolen from them.

The death total of prisoners reached four yesterday afternoon when a prisoner in critical condition at Tijuana's downtown hospital was pronounced dead. Word on the eight other inmates that still remain at the hospital is still awaited. The total injured during the riot was at 2 dozen. The total number killed now stands at seven. The riot might be contained but the anticipated family members are still not allowed to visit inmates so in hope the family sleeps outside the prison waiting for the okay. Director of the Baja California Human Rights Office, Francisco Javier Sanchez Corona describes in the text “the inside of the walls as calm as a kitchen”.

Six San Diego Police officers who were involved in a slaying have been identified. The six police officers have been identified as Lt. Ken Hubbs, Agent Gary Hill, Officer Larry Triplett, Officer Scott Wilkinson, Officer Riter Flores, and Officer Manny Escalante. All of the officers involved in the slaying of a San Carlos resident are veterans of the force. The standoff began Friday when 65 year old Joseph Giordano went to the home of a Sheriffs Sergeant and opened fire on the sergeants house. No one was hit. The sergeant Scott Ybarrondo had an altercation just a few days before the incident. Officers found Giordano a block away at his home. Officers asked Giordano to come out of his house as he was coming out he opened fire on the officers the officers fired shots back. Giordano was hit several times and died at the scene.
My Opinion: I don’t know what’s wrong with society. I think its crazy that people go to someone else’s house and start shooting.
My Opinion: In my opinion that’s what the victim deserves.
My Opinion: The job of a police officer is to maintain the safety of the people in our community and they did so by getting rid of that crazy person.

The article I read his morning was about a professor who use to work at Grossmont College that wants to get his job back after ruling. Timothy Cliffe a former teacher from Grossmont College is being accused of asking one of his former students to show him her bra. He then was fired in 2006. The reason he got fired was because an administrative law judge ruled that he had engaged in immoral conduct. Timothy admitted to just making inappropriate comments. The students name is Yu Yu Chen. Although Timothy admitted making inappropriate comments to Yu Yu she denies asking her for an sexual favors. Al this led to a time when Yu Yu went to Timothy’s class asking him to change her grade from an F to a C.
I believe that the student could be lying but then again there has been a lot of cases where teachers offend the students. If the student is lying hopefully she gets caught soon because losing a job sucks. I believe that Timothy deserves the right to show proof that he didn’t make that comment to Yu Yu.
An interesting fact that I read was that the district did not conduct a thorough investigation.
